The Strip

The Strip is a world of its own. Where else can you go to visit Egypt, New York, the Tropics, King and Queens, Rome, Hollywood, and much more all on one street? This is the street of lights, excitement, and dreams. Some dreams come true becoming great successes and others sadly die. The Strip is competitive and one only has to look down the street at night to see this. Each property has to not only keep up with the others, but to also attract and keep their visitors. All of this takes nerve, imagination, and creativity. Just take a good look at any of these structures. There is creativity all around them. The dreams of owners, architects, designers, interior decorators, and employees are all wrapped up into these architectural wonders.

Supernatural presence: By far the greatest center of power in the City, the strip is governed over by the Fey. Just as the casino tycoons like Steve Wynn erect 1000' monuments as bastions against the old mob, so too have the Summer and Winter court battled over the strip. The last treatise written in the accords states that during the hours of hope, chance and thrills (from 1PM to Midnight) the Summer court shall rule. During the hours of despair and loss (from 1AM to Noon) the Winter will claim domain. During two hours of the day, however neither court prevails. In that time deals can be struck that could not be made anywhere else in the world. Agents of the court are free to mingle with each other, though don't be fooled, this is not a time of peace, in fact it is often an opportunity for one court to strike out at the other "off the record". The Zenith and Witching hours are dangerous ones to tread inside the strip.

Each court has their own haven where the agents retreat while the other is in power. The Mirage is the haven of the Summer Court, and Circus Circus is the haven of the Winter Court. Though newer casinos have been built, the fey are slow to change so they have kept their fortifications. However many more modern agents have noticed the allure of the newest creation, the Wynn and subtly both courts vie to call it their home.

• Nasir Taheri - Limo Driver (Has dirt on several people of note, has seen it all happen in the back seat, knows the quickest way across town, knows all the best strip joints and brothels, won't pick up clients from the MGM Grand at any price)
• Jacqueline "Jacky" Richardson - Casino Hostess at the Wynn Hotel and Casino (Casino hostess' are pretty women who are also vicious, backstabbing, gossiping, kill-or-be-killed competitors. Chances are a hostess will know lots of shit that is happening in other casinos).
• Joe Vincenzi - Casino pit boss (Joe is an old school mob guy who got put out of business by facial recognition software. Now he scrapes by working as a pit boss and is angry at the world for his shit lot in life)
